International Quilt Festival of Ireland 2012


The first ever International Quilt Festival of Ireland (IQFOI) took place in the NUIG Campus Galway from the 8-10th June.

Oh my....what fun we had! Those of us based in Galway felt so lucky to have this quilt festival on our doorstep! We met up with friends from all the IPS branches, saw loads of delicious quilts, shopped a little and although I didn't have a chance to attend a class at the festival there were lots who did and enjoyed them hugely. If you were here I hope you enjoyed it....and if you didn't make it, mark it in your diary for next year!
